Operation
We have 2 fluke 1550B that ran out of batteries and were not placed on charge for about 2 weeks and will no longer hold a charge when plugged in. I followed the owners instuction manual to charge it for 1 day but it will not turn on. Can you please provide some troubleshooting guides other than battery replacement? We are ordering batteries but would like other opinions in case this doesnt work either.

Replace the Guard fuse shown on page 14.
