Defective Oven

Purchased 2 Fisher Paykel ranges app 2-3 years ago for our church. They are not used that often. We had to switch from natural gas to propane app 2 months ago. They are identical ranges. One works fine after the gas switch. The defective one, the top burners work, but the oven or broiler will not lite. Do not smell any gas at all while trying to lite. The broiler igniter is working but see no spark on oven igniter. Service man says he did the conversion the same on both. Any ideas on possible fix. Model number is OR36SDBMX1. Thank
