Why Won't Fisher & Paykel Customer Support Reply To My Queries?

Message:I laced and received Order This was the incorrect part (526377 - Cup Rack Back Right). Called and told them I would order the correct part , and could I return the incorrect part. They told me that they would send pre-paid packaging and Return No.information.Ordered the correct part Cup Rack Front Right). Recieved the correct part Order number 92058639,m part installed.Still have not received the Shipping material and Return No.and written assurance the my credit card with be cresdited the cost of the purchasing on the incorrect part.Please advise as to when I will receive return part instructions. I have talked with them twice and now have sent a second email requesting to return the first incorrect part, No Fisher & Paykel employee has ever responded or replied to my queries. Why Won't Fisher & Paykel Customer Support Reply To My Queries?
