Without knowing the specific swing that you have I am not able to give any suggestions as to where you can buy the piece you are missing however, here are a few suggestions...
First contact Fisher Price directly and see if they have the peice available.
Second, you can place duct tape over the area, not the most prettiest fix but will work.
