Anyone Know How To Fix The Music On The Fisher Price Rainforest Open Top Swing?

The music on our Fisher Price Rainforest Open top cradle Swing stopped working about a month after purchase.  I called the company and was told this was a common problem and there was nothing they could do about it.  It is now a few years later and I am trying to sell the swing on kijiji, but no one wants it because of the broken music. Here's what happens:  If I put my ear close to the speaker I can just make out the music very very faintly.  I figure maybe the speaker is blown?  I opened it all up and nothing looks fried or lose.  That's about as far as I can think to do.   Any help would be appreciated so I can get this thing out of my house and still make a little much needed money on it.   Thanks.
