Door Open Light Continues To Flash Even With Door Closed Will Not Work

This shredder has a magnet built into the door. If you open the door you'll see a metal strip on top right side of shredder. Either the magnet is not getting close enough to activate the reed switch or the hinges have came loose allowing a door sag condition.
