Want To Create Separate Biz Acct From Personal Acct. How?

have currently 100 personal account people who post comments BUT am trying to create seperate biz account with 0 emails now BUT want to collect new email addresses via websitge page so I can send out biz info/coupons to client list. BUT can't create biz cuz always goes back to personal account
