Facebook Account Temporarily Blocked From Using Facebook Featues

when ever i log in to my facebook account,,n want to like some photo or send message or post a cooment or anything...i get this message "you are temporarily blocked from using this feature,sorry for inconvenience. in the mean time review our community standars or send us feedback. n dis thing is happening for the past 3 days...please help me to get rid of this thing...thanks !!!

Facebook has apparently determined that you were performing those actions in a manner that it considers likely to be abusive. There is unfortunately nothing you can do to remove this temporary block; sorry. More here.
