when i log in to my fb account n try to send messgae or post comment or even like a photo or any thing i get dis " you'are temporarily blocked form using this feature sorry for inconvenience,,in the mean time review our community standards or send us feedback!!!

Facebook has apparently determined that you were performing those actions in a manner that it considers likely to be abusive. There is unfortunately nothing you can do to remove this temporary block; sorry. More here.
