How Do I Create A Facebook Page Of A Company?

I created a page for a business but it shows my name instead of the business name. I've deactivated that account and now its saying I can't create a business page because the email address is already in use. I have no other email to use, I need it to be registered to this email but it wont let me.

You need to delete the deactivated account, which you may do by pressing the Submit button on the Facebook deletion page.
