I can't tell from your question what steps you tried, or what the "same problem" is. So i can give you only general suggestions...

Using http://www.facebook.com/help/?page=214512881928339&ref=bc you can report an issue. Otherwise, there are three ways of obtaining help from Facebook:

Navigate from www.facebook.com/help to a section most likely to answer your concern. A few of these offer email support.
