I Accidently Hit A Clear Button On Fb And Now I Can't Even Log On, Help.

I hit the clear button thinking I was deleting a statement on my wall. Now my profile pic is gone and no comments on my wall, and I can't even sign on to fb even after changing my password. Can't use the fb help ctr, as it won't work for me, like i have been shunned, HELP
