Accidently Hit The Report Button

i accidentily hit the report button on the chat and didnt mean too, how do i remove this.,,i was on my son acct cking his chat,,,

Just ignore it. Facebook has a function that if someone has reported, they make an investigation first. If they found out that there's no good reason, they will just ignore it.
