Unauthorized Charges By Facebook! Need Help! No Customer Support??? Facebook Ads

I had received an email from facebook that I had won $ 50.00 in free advertising for my page. I never gave any bank account information, so I assumed that when my $ 50.00 credit was done the add would be cancelled. After the $ 50.00 ran out, I started being charged through my paypal that I did not authorize. I went to the ad administrator page and cancelled the ad. I am still being charged. Tried to cancel the ad again and it says it is being pending. Any Suggestions on who to contact or how to stop this?

You may write or phone Facebook, but whether they'll respond to your concerns is another matter. Here's the contact information:

470 Emerson St.
Palo Alto, CA 94301
(650) 543-4800
[email protected]

To dispute the charges with PayPal, phone them at 888-221-1161, or (if calling from outside the U.S.) 402-935-2050..
