I Am Unable To Access Any Of My Apps Or Except Requests On My Wall.

I can get into FB but can do nothing after that. I have food on my stoves in Cafe World but cannot access Cafe World. I also cannot accept any requests on my wall. It was fine yesterday and when i went back a few hours later everything was dead. Please help me fix this problem. I updated my google chrome which was suggested but that didn't help.
