Are you able to receive the password reset emails from Facebook? I'm assuming that you are not able to receive these emails. Unfortunately there are many people experiencing the same issue and Facebook is not sending out password reset emails for some reason. Please contact Facebook with the link below and let them know that you are having problems receiving the code in your email.

If you were able to receive the email, you may have to wait up to 1 to 3 days to try to reset your password again.
