I Have Reset My Password Several Times And Still Cant Get Logged In. What Do I D

I have contacted facebook through the help desk and sent email to them with no luck. I have reset my password more times than I can count and still can't get logged in. I have not been able to log in to my account in over a week. Where do I go next. Of course facebook does not have a phone number to speak with a Human do I file something with the BBB?

File a complaint with BBB if you like, by all means.
