Memorialized Accounts

A friend of mine lost her entire family 7 months ago today, her mom, dad and only sister died in an airplane crash.  Someone put through a request to have her sister's Facebook account memorialized.  She would like this account un-memorized as this one of the only things she has left of her sister and parents and she finds comfort in managing the pages. She has tried to contact Facebook and this is the message she received back:   Hi Ashley,We are very sorry to hear about your loss. Per our policy for deceased users, we memorialized this account. This sets the account's privacy so that only already confirmed friends can see the profile. The deceased user is only searchable via your friends ...list, and the profile will no longer appear in the Suggestions section of the home page. The Wall will remain, so friends and family can leave posts in remembrance.Unfortunately, for privacy reasons, we cannot make changes to the profile. Additionally, for the safety of the deceased users' account and the privacy of the family, we do not facilitate new tags. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please let me know if you have any further questions.Thanks for contacting Facebook,MontyUser OperationsFacebook"See More As you can see it states the families privacy, well she is the only one of her family left and she wants her sisters account opened.  Please help me help her get this resolved so she can continue to manage the accounts that she wants to.
