I Can't Login My Face Book Account

my name is addisu geleta i ca'nt login that'swhy forget my face book account and email address password .so what can i do can you help me please? thank you.

If you forgot your password, Facebook won't show you what it is, but it will allow you to reset it. Go to Facebook.com and click the "Forgot Your Password?" link at the top. You can then follow the prompts to have an email sent to you that will allow you to reset your password. (You may have to wait a day to log in, however.)
