My Grandpa Can't Login To His Account.email And Password Never Changed.what To D

his email has been the same since he started using Facebook and his password has only been changed once and that was 10 months ago and today he can't login to his account it is saying there is no account with that email and the password doesn't work....what can he do

Make sure you're using the email address you signed up with to log in
Check your junk or spam email folder for the original confirmation email from Facebook
Try adding or confirming your email address from your settings.
