Cant Log On To My Fb Profile It Says Experiencing Temporary Technical Problems

i cant go on my profile each time i log ON it says experiencing temporary technical problems its going on for like four days now i need help

try clearing your history run your antispy/mall/virus programs, then if you still can't log on go to bottom of fb pg click help i also use advanced system care ccleaner once a day when my pc starts lagging or blocking programs and it seems to clear it up
