I Am Unable To Ppost Anything On My Fb Profile Or Make Comments On Anyonesposts.

I am unable to ppost anything on my FB profile or make comments on anyones posts. I am also unable to instant message on FB and other stuf on my desktop computer? I have tried to download the new profile but am unable to do anything on my FB...any suggestions?
