Can You Help Me Retrieve My Facebook Account?
I changed my email address and PW on my FB account. Once this was done, the system notified me that my old email would be deleted, I acknowledged this. After this happened, I tried to enter my FB account under the new address and got an error message regarding my PW. I haven't been able to get into my old account. FB started a new account instead. I have the FB URL from my old account (which I was supposed to be able to use this as verification). Although I verified the account, I still cannot access it. Can you help me access my old account so that I do not lose my contacts and my games?
