Facebook Won't Let Me Create A Page -- It Thinks My Husband's Account Is Mine.

My husband has an account on facebook with his email address. I have never had an account, but we use the same computers, etc.. I want to open a business page with my email address. My address is very different from his, but it says the address is tied to his account and won't let me create my own.
