The Facebook Account I Use Says I Can Add Myself As A Friend And Won't Let Me In

I use the Facebook account with the snowman for Dawn Campbell. It now goes to another account under my name and I do not use this account. I can deactivate the wrong account but I cannot get in to the account I use because it asks me to add myself as a friend. How do I make this account (the snowman one) my account? It thinks I am a friend and it is me!
