Stolen Iphone4. Theif Uses Wi-fi To Make Friend Request On Facebook. How To Stop

Student at my school stole my phone and is using my phone number as his Mobile Phone Contact using wi-fi because I went to ATT and blocked phone usage. I had to buy a new IPhone5c and kept the same phone number. I have pressed charges against the student with the Police Department in Lafayette Louisiana. Please stop him from using my phone number as his contact number as on facebook he has his birday on January 22, 1988 when this is not true and he is only in the 7th grade. Grown women are accepting his friend request and I am tired of seeing this on my phone which I pay for.
