How Do I Delete A Second Fb Account And Get Into The Original Account?

My account was suspended after being phlished. I inadvertanly set up another account with the same email address. My original account is there because I keep getting asked if I want to friend "me". How do I delete the second account in order to get back to my original account. I play Farmville, (level 80) Frontierville (level 41) and Texas Holdem (level 100) and cannot access any of these games. I have deactivated the second account, tried numerous times to get back original account...new passwords, etc. to no avail.

for the second account just go to account settings and go down to deactivate account and do the steps and for the one u need just sign in a usual
