I Can't Change My Username

My username was changed by someone else and now I can't change it back. There is no username selection under account settings for me to change it back. How can I change my username back to what it should be?

You can change your username from the Settings tab of the Account page. Look for the link to Username.

If you believe your account has been hacked and you can still access your login email address, you can secure your own account by resetting the password from this page: http://www.facebook.com/reset.php, or by selecting the "Forgot your password?" link that appears above the on the login page. An email will be sent to you with steps for completing the process.

If your account has been hacked and the login email on your account has also been compromised or has been changed by the hacker, you may send Facebook information about the account so it can look into the issue and possibly restore access. Click here to submit your report.

@Odin

The problem is there is no link to username for several facebook members.  When they go to account settings they simply see:

Name
Email
Password
etc....

They have no username option.  What can these people do to change their users names?
