I Cannot Access My Account After Ex-boyfriend Has Locked Me Out.

My boyfriend and I recently broke up and I'm guessing out of spite he has taken control of my facebook account and locked me out. He has also done this to my primary email account. But I do use a secondary email which I do still control. This account was unfortunately never listed with facebook. How do I gain control of my account?
