Not Able To Change Location In Facebook

I asked the same question earlier. And i got answers like I shd clear the cache or change the browser. But I almost tried from all the browsers and the problem remains the same. And about clearing the cache and cookies, if it is so I shouldnt be able to change the location in my parent's accounts who try from the same laptop and the same browser. This problem is just in my account
