Have 2 Fb Sites, Would Like To Put The 2 Together. Can't Reme, First Codes.

I had facebook for a couple of years, then moved to a new location. and lost all my codes to get in or on my old site, I keep requsting myself to be my friend, my need is to get my two sites together. PLEASE?
