Trying My Child's Hacked Fb Site Shut Down

My son has mental health issues and a very psycho ex girlfriend has hacked his site changed the pasword and name from Jordan Foot to Jordan Footzie and has posted gay pictures and then when friends or family have messaged him about it she was answereing saying yes he is gay and it has led to suicide attempts by my son which is what she really wants him dead and I have been trying to get someone at facebook to shut his site down. Especially since he has been locked up in jail from two DUI drug overdose suicide attempts and so he gets out in August and is doing good and this site his hacked page needs to be down by then. Her name is Kayla Conner and I also want her banned from FB and to know if there are criminal charges that can be filed against her for what she has done impersonating him and ruing his reputation. If he was gay and it was him coming out gret Out loud and proud but it was her and he is straight and it was done to push him over the edge and it has. What more does she get to do before she gets in real trouble and my son really manages to kill himslef.
