Unauthorized Ad

I was recently billed for $650 for an ad I did not authorize. Upon discovery of said ad, I quickly paused it so that I wouldn't keep being billed as Facebook claimed I had signed up for a $2400 ad buy, which I did not. I immediately opened up a dispute, but have not heard from Facebook. How can I get a refund for this unauthorized charge

If necessary you can dispute the charge with your bank. You can also complain to the consumer agency for your state [see https://www.usa.gov/state-consumer].
