in a situation where there are unauthorized charges you have to follow the steps just right. if it is to your bank account or credit card you will need to contact facebook first and then contact your bank denying the charges and make a claim. the charges will be investigated and if found unauthorized will be credited to your account.
If they are made to your cell phone then you will need to contact your cell phone company and put a claim in
