How Can I Recover My Old Facebook Account

i had anold facebook account but he has been disabled and I don't know why so i have create a new one but i still hope to recover my old one because i had a good friends and now i feel like someone who has body without spirit so if i can recover my old one it will be really a miracle for me so please if you could help me to recover it i will be so thankful Ps i had an email address linked to my old account

Hello,

Facebook only allows one profile per person so if you would like to access your original Facebook Account I strongly suggest you keep only one of them active or risk suspension from Facebook.

To access your original Facebook Account you will first need to log out of the current one. then use the link below to reset your password

Account Recovery

Yo can reset your password by entering your full name, screen name or email address, then follow the prompts.
