Cant Receive Any Confirmation Code For Changing Pw Through Email Or Mobile.

someone had been changing my pw constantly.iv already change my security questions several times but after the change it keeps going back to the old security questions.now that im trying to change my pw again i cant receive any confirmation code through email or mobile.cant access my fb for 2 weeks now.
