How Do I Change My Phone Number For Confirmation If I Cannot Access My Account?
account temporarily disabled due to increased activity that caused suspicion. to remove the temp. lock fb is sending a code to my cell but i no longer have that cell number. There is no option to change my contact number without getting in to the account, which i can't....

simply click, i forgot my password, from there you will be asked to answer a simple question about your account to prove its yours, then you will find yourself on a page where you will be asked if you have access to your email and or mobile number anymore. Once you click no to having access to these things facebook will guide you through a few easy steps to regain access to you account.
once you have completed this there will be a 24 hours waiting period before you can access your account once again.
