How Can I Get A Photo Deleted Off Of Someone Elses Page.? Its Of My Kids

This berry kesh person stole a photo of my kids and is using it on there profile how can I get it removed from there account I have asked them and they refuse I reported it to Facebook a few times and nothing. Please help

I don't know how you reported the issue to Facebook. The proper procedure is outlined at https://www.facebook.com/help/181495968648557. Unfortunately, that's the best you can do.
