How Can I Upload A Picture Of An Innocent Persons Photo Being Used By Scammer

Facebook should have a page for subscribers where you can upload photos of people who's photos are being used by scammers. I believe subcribers should be warned. I had an imposter from Africa (I believe he was from there since when I talked with him over the phone, he had an African accent) who used another gentleman's photo from facebook. This imposter was messaging me in November and December of 2011 telling me that he wanted to meet me when he got back to the states, was widowed, told me he loved me and that he worked for Mobil Oil. His email is [email protected]. I do feel bad for this gentleman since the imposter is using his photo to scam women.
