Sorry for your problems. Facebook has determined that you were performing those actions in a manner that it considers "likely to be abusive." There is unfortunately nothing you can do to remove this temporary block. More here.

Facebook's Terms of Service [Sec. 1.10] provides that Facebook "may limit, suspend, terminate, modify, or delete accounts or access...for any actual or suspected illegal or improper use of the service."
