Sorry for your problems. Facebook may have determined that you were performing those actions in a manner that it considers "likely to be abusive." There is unfortunately nothing you can do to remove this temporary block. More here. Unless you were so informed, there's no way of predicting how long the block will last. Or the issue may stem from an overloaded cache. If so, you'll find helpful detailed instructions on this Facebook page.
