Group Documents

I have a support group set up in Facebook which includes 7 documents with various links related to each document. There are numerous links and now we are unable to add links or we can add them but they don't stay. I tried setting up a second document and they would not stay in it either. How many documents is a group allowed and how much information can it hold? Is there a better or easier way to keep these links for everyone to check out and refer to at will?
