Unable To Add People To Fb Group - Follow Up Question

Here is the original question and answer http://www.helpowl.com/q/Facebook/Troubleshooting/unable-add-people-fb-group/313507 Follow up question, is the cache/cookies issue on my computer or is it the computer issue of the person I am sending the invite to?And shoudl I go ahead and resend the invite? I don't think it will allow me. I tired before. Shoudl the people I sent the invite to just try again?

After clearing your cache and cookies [on the browser you use on your computer], reboot and resend the invite.

I don't understand the question conveyed in your last sentence ("try again" to do what??).
