I Forgot My Email Adress Password As Well As My Cell No Changed

I forgot my email adress and it also has been deleted and my cell no changed and I didn't update facebook how do I reset my password

Sorry you're having problems. You can request a password reset by clicking the "Forgot your password?" link located near the "Login" button on the login page. Facebook will then send you an email with a link to reset your password. (This information is from this Facebook page, which may provide additional guidance.)
