My Facebook Accoutn Has Got Hacked And The Person Has Changed All The Details.

my facebook accoutn is hacked and the person has changed all the detials . he has also hacked my email account, i have tried all the ways possible to get in touch with facebook to delete that accoutn or tho give me acces back to the account but all efforts are going in vain.. please help mee
