How Do You Determine Copyright Infringement?

I own the House of Dance and besides our official website, I asked my daughter to create a Facebook House of Dance site to reach more people. I have been unsuccessful in uploading a dance copyrighted by us and performed suring our Christmas program only to find out that Facebook has been sending emails to my daughter, who manages the site with me, saying that the video may possibly be a 'copyright infringement'. The entire program from which the video was taken was copyrighted by the House of Dance. So, how can it be a 'copyright infringement'?
