How Can I Delete The Other Name?

i have the problem with my name showed to my account i don't know how can i be more clear but i have one account email and during this time i have changed only my name (from Miranda xhebexhia into Mira xhebexhia) account with the name Mira is ok ,,, but when i check to the search option i see again name Miranda which has crate me a lot of problems because some people who click my name can find some other result which i don't want to be visible for the others ,, how can it be removed from the system that my first name account ...thank you for your attention
