My Deceased Daughter's Fb Page Has Been Hacked.

My 40-year-old daughter died suddenly in May.  Two days ago, 07/30, someone hacked her account and is smearing her name by pretending to be her.  I have attempted to report this to FB.   My sister, her aunt, has reported this to FB.  Again today, the same has occurred.  Can someone please stop this person or delete her account or something?  She was angry at me when she died and blocked me, so I am somewhat limited, but I believe this hacker is doing something illegal, and certainly this is immoral.
