I Had De-activated My Account.forgot The Password Of E-mail And Phone No Is Lost

i had de-activated my account,but now i want to recover it,its really important and urgent. now the deal is this that my e-mail address by which i was login in is very old,and i am not active on tat adress any more.it had been a very long time when i had checked it out. 2ndly,what i think the 2nd way will be to recover is to send a msg password in my mobile phone,but there is a problem too,that i had lost my registered number. what shud i do
