On Candy Crush When I Try To Send Back Lives To Help My Friends It Says Not Sign

This may be an issue with the Candy Crush application itself, not Facebook. Are you able to sign in on FB without any issue? If so, then it's the Candy Crush application. If not, then try to access FB from another source, or log out and log back in to see if that works. If not, then I would advise resetting your phone/laptop/device and trying FB/Candy Crush again.

If the issue still exists, then I would advise just waiting and log in later.
